Speech bubbles

  1. Open image in editing software.
  2. Use the Select tool.
  3. Select the Japanese text.
  4. Delete.
Text on plain backgrounds
  1. Use the Select tool.
  2. Select a piece of nearby plain background about the same size as the text you want to cover.
  3. Paste your selection.
  4. Drag your selection so it covers the text.

Text on textured backgrounds

  1. Use Select tool
  2. Select the Japanese text.
  3. Delete.
  4. Select a piece of nearby textured background around the same size as the text you want to cover.
  5. Paste your selection.
  6. Drag your selection so it covers the text and do your best to line up the texture so it looks natural.
